Kagan primarily specializes in company, contracts and commercial law. He provides legal consultancy services to many local and foreign companies operating in various fields, and continues his efforts to ensure the legal security of international business relations. Mergers and acquisitions, business-to-business trade agreements, consumer contracts, private law disputes, intellectual property law are also in his fields of study. In his free time, he writes in the fields of theatre and dramaturgy, on which he also completed his master's degree, studies on the cinema of Bergman and Haneke, paddles and plays tennis professionally.Education
